Oct 29th, the 2nd member congress of Dezhou Construction Industry Association of Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held in Liuhu Shuyuan Hotel. More than 40 member units attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Mr. Jin Haiyang, the Deputy Chairman of Dezhou Chamber of Commere and Industry, the Chairman of Construction Industry Association and the Chairman of Board of Shandong Dejian Group Company, delivered the work report on behalf of the first council. The meeting deliberated and approved the election method of second member congress of Construction Industry Association and elected Mr. Ma Zhixin as the Chairman and Mr. Jin Haiyang as the Honorary Chairman.
 
The congress was hosted by Mr. Liu Weitong, the Deputy Chairman of Dezhou Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Xin Zhicai, the Deputy Chairman of Dezhou Municipal CPPCC and Chairman of Dezhou Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Mr. Su Aiying, the Chairman of Dezhou Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hebei Branch delivered the speech of congratulation on behalf of the sister chamber.
