On February 27, 2018, Shandong Dejian Group held the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Worker Representatives in Room 403, Dejian Building in Shandong Province, China. The conference comprehensively and objectively summed up the various tasks in 2017, and formulated the overall work goals for 2018. All shareholders of the group, employee representatives, which are over 400 attendees attended the meeting.

Mr. Jin, Haiyang, Chairman of the Board made a report to all attendants, summarizing the achievements the Company has done at home and abroad in 2017, such as being listed No. 177 in ERN250 International Contractors for the first time in Dejian history, and rewarded Top 200 Competitive Enterprises in Chinese Construction Industry again.
