The third session of the workers' (trade union members) Congress and 2024 work conference of Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group was successfully held on February 26. The meeting was attended by representatives of shareholders, Mr. Wang Yunquan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Hi-speed Resources Group, Mr. Jin Haiyang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Dejian Holdings Co., LTD., as well as Mr. Zhao Jianqiang, Party secretary and chairman of the company. The meeting reviewed various reports including production and operation in 2023, trade unions' work report, safety in production report, employee proposals report, and commended outstanding models for their achievements in 2023. Mr. Ma Zhixin presented the production and operation work report highlighting the company's adherence to new development concepts throughout 2023. In his speech, Zhao Jianqiang emphasized the company's achievements in promoting integrated development and creating a mixed-reform model while outlining eight requirements for success in 2024. Wang Yunquan affirmed the achievements of Hi-speed Dejian mixed reform over three years transition period from six aspects: economic benefits, market expansion, quality & technology improvement etc., while also putting forward four key work requirements for 2024.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the second Party Congress of Hi-speed Group and the 2024 annual work conference. Issues such as the production and operation report for 2023, the work report of trade unions, the work report on safety in production, and the work report on employee proposals were reviewed and adopted. The advanced models were awarded in the meeting with outstanding achievements and excellent performance in 2023 . It also announced the achievements on indicators of all branch units in 2023, and target indicators for 2024, and held a signing ceremony for Business Objectives Responsibility Letter of 2024.

Ma Zhixin stated in the work report that throughout 2023, Hi-speed Dejian adhered to implementing new development concepts while maintaining stability, and focusing on main responsibilities and business operations to achieve various goals successfully.

In his speech, Zhao Jianqiang pointed out that Hi-speed Dejian has made outstanding achievements in promoting integrated development and creating a mixed-reform model.

Wang Yunquan fully affirmed the achievements of Hi-speed Dejian on mixed reform over three years from six aspects: economic benefits, market expansion, quality technology improvement, cost reduction efficiency enhancement, brand reputation building,and employee benefits.

The participants agreed that this conference accurately judged situations, delineated development directions, and deliberated various reports reflecting collective wisdom. It was a conference pooling strength, forging ahead together, a reflection of common will, and carrying on past traditions.
