The meeting required that the group and sub-branch offices should take the lead in setting an example and comprehensively sorting out the expenses of the organizations in the past two years under the rate above, looking for potential points for saving expenditure, and reasonably determining the target of saving expenditure by referring to the target growth rate of annual production indicators, so as to ensure that the growth rate of expenditure of the organizations is not higher than the growth rate of operating income.
