On March 2, 2020, Shandong Dejian Group held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Worker Representatives. The conference comprehensively and objectively summed up the works done in 2019, and made the overall goals and key work for 2020. Affected by the COVID-19, the meeting was held through internet. All shareholders of the group, employee representatives viewed the work report, proposals and resolutions through internal office automation.

At the meeting, the decision on the recognition of outstanding collectives and individuals in 2019 was approved.
