On March 12, 2021, Dejian Group held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Worker Representatives. The conference comprehensively and objectively summed up the works done in 2020, and made the overall goals and key work for 2021. over 240 members, including all shareholders of the group, employee representatives and main principals of the company attended the meeting. The meeting announced the commendation on excellent teams and individuals of 2020 and deliberated and adopted the work report in 2020 and work agenda in 2021 and the report of the Board of Supervisors.

Mr. Jin Haiyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Dejian Holding and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dejian Group, made a report on the work arrangement in 2021. According to the report, it is not only the beginning year of the "14th Five-Year Plan", but also the beginning year of the company to complete the second shareholding system reform, which has the important significance of connecting the past and the future, and it is of great importance to do a good job in the whole year. In the face of different new resources, new platforms and new system, all officials and employees should transform ideas and roles, further enhancing the awareness of opportunity, urgency and innovation, taking advantage of the situation to seek a breakthrough, and create a new time.

According to the report, the overall approach for 2021 is as follows: under the strong leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, we will stick to eight main tasks with the theme of integration for a high-quality development, which are to, build rules and regulations, expand market , lay a solid foundation, reduce costs and enhance efficiency, improve technology, cultivate talents, strengthen leadership of the Party Committee and culture integration, etc. We will strive to achieve the goal of "1525" (namely, annual output value by no less than 15%, net profit increase not less than 25%), to create a new model of mixed ownership reform of State-owned enterprises(SOEs), for a perfect start of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
