Mixed ownership reform of State-owned enterprises(SOEs) successfully implemented, Dejian Group started a new journey of development. On April 12th, the first meeting of shareholders, the first meeting of the board of directors and of the board of supervisors of Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group was held in the meeting room of the company's headquarters in Jinan, capital city of Shandong Province. The meeting adopted the new articles of association of the company, elected the first board of directors and the board of supervisors after the mixed ownership reform, and appointed senior managers. Shareholder representatives, directors and supervisors attended relevant meetings respectively. Shareholder representatives and members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and senior management attended the informal discussion afterwords.

The first meeting of shareholders was attended by Mr. Wang Yunquan on behalf of Shandong Hi-Speed Resource Development and Management Group Co., Ltd., Zhou Zhenqi as representative of Dezhou Xingde Business Consulting Service Center (limited partnership), Jin Haiyang as a shareholder. The meeting, presided over by Mr. Wang Yunquan, deliberated and approved the proposals of establishment of the company's articles of association, election of the first directors of the board and election of the first shareholder representatives of the board of supervisors.  Memebers of Zhao Jianqiang, Jin Haiyang, Xue Lei, Ma Zhixin, Gao Chengfeng consisted of the first session of the board of directors. Members of Jiang Yidong and Yan Dongming were elected as representatives of shareholders and Ms. Chen Meng as the employee representative to form the first Board of Supervisors. The first meeting of the first board of directors was presided over by Zhao Jianqiang, with Jianqiang as the Chairman, and Jin Haiyang as the Vice Chairman by election. The meeting appointed Jin Haiyang as the general manager and other senior managers at the same meeting. The first meeting of the first Board of Supervisors was presided over by Jiang Yidong, and Jiang Yidong was elected chairman of the Board of Supervisors. The opening up of the three meetings marked the victory of SOEs and the official transformation from Shandong Dejian Group to Shandong Hi-speed Dejian Group. The registered capital of the company is USD165million, of which state-owned capital accounts for 51% and private capital accounts for 49%.

Wang Yunquan, the controlling shareholder representative, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Hi-Speed Resource Development and Management Group Co., Ltd. expressed congratulations to members attended the meeting, and proposed five requirements as follows: First,  make clear challengable but reachable strategic objectives, second, sign all key and potential projects in possible. Third, strengthen inner management. Forth, push forward technical innovations, including inventions and purchased from the market. Fifth, put Party work and talent cultivation in an important position.  

Zhao Jianqiang, Chairman of the Hi-Speed Dejian Group and Jin Haiyang, Vice Chairman of General Manager of the company addressed at the meeting. Other members spoke at the meeting as well.

In late spring, the trees are verdant.
