On February 18th, Dejian Group held a meeting on safety in production at the start of the new lunar year, to prevent risks on production, and ensure a comprehensive and thorough inspection and rectification. Mr. Ma Zhixin, President of Dejian Group, Mr. Xia Kai, General Manager of Dejian Group and other leaders, as well as major principals of various business segments and subsidiaries attended the meeting.

Mr. Ma Zhixin put forward the overall requirements for the group's production safety work in 2021: first, be strict with the safety management with priority instead of trusting in luck, and put the safety management into practice. Second, strengthen process management in details and make unremitting efforts to build a solid foundation for safety management. Third, innovate and summarize frequently to produce a new and dynamic model of production safety. Put the safety production in priority throughout the process of the company's production and operation.

Mr. He Jinqing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Dejian Group, reported on issues of safety, environmental protection, technology, quality and migrant workers' wages in 2020, and highlighted the severity on safe production. At last, he put forward specific requirements for the company's work resumption after spring festival in 2021.

Mr. Xia Kai chaired the meeting and put forward four requirements on the implementation: first, each branch company should implement the spirit of the meeting as soon as possible, and comprehensively inspect all security risks without leaving any bugs; Second, each branch HQ, projects, workshops, property companies make clear responsibilities on security, and pay attention to implementing safety measures; Third, the departments in HQ arrange the company's resumption of work as soon as possible to ensure the stability of the company; Fourth, set up a safety supervision team in HQ so that the projects and departments are supervised at any time.
