On October 28, 2020, the project to rebuild rundown areas, namded Medi New Residence in the West Area of Wucheng County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, buit by Dejian Group held a house delivery ceremony. Li Jun, director of the Housing Security Division of Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong, first-level investigator attended the event together with other distinguished guests.
