Recently, the Shandong Dejian Group International Economic and Technical Cooperation Company Algeria Branch signed the “New 10000 Set Housing Project Design and General contracting” contract with CSCEC Algeria branch after the 888 set housing contract in 2014. The total construction area is 155000㎡ and the construction period is 28 months (including 4 months designing period and 24months construction period) with contracting price for USD40.3million. Now the project is already moved up to the temporary building stage.

\This housing project is in Duiha town, Algiers, Algeria. It is a comprehensive development project combined the housing and business under the Department of Housing. Its been pointed as “The National Priority Plan” by the president of Algeria.
